I’m Paulia Kennedy, vintage & eclectic treasure hunter, home stager, retired registered nurse, wannabe artist, road tripper, and promoter of all things in the Spa City. Originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas with summers spent on the Arkansas lakes and rivers, Hot Springs was a natural fit for this water-loving country girl. I live in an eclectic home on Lake Hamilton with my handy husband, Jeff … that’s handy in the sense of knowing who to call when something’s broken 🙂 plus our two lovable dogs who run the show. A licensed Realtor since 2002, I love my job as the marketing guru of our team. This right-brained gal loves all things creative, hence marketing our clients’ homes is right up my alley. I love marketing unique homes, and REALLY love a good challenge of turning a difficult listing into a SOLD home within a few days. When I’m not working on the marketing of our sellers’ homes or promoting the Spa City, I can be found traveling the roads in search for eclectic treasures, painting the treasures and visiting fun little diners and dives along the way. My dream car is a big white van painted with colorful graphics with a good stereo, new tires, and a fun-loving buddy in the passenger seat. As they say, dream Big and Live Bigger.

Jeff on the other hand…. well, have you heard the saying “Opposites Attract?” He’s a city boy from the corporate world of Memphis, Tennessee and he can cover more ground and get more things done before I even get out of bed. He enjoys helping customers learn everything there is to know about Hot Springs, while making sure they spend wisely with a good real estate investment. Fully understanding the magnitude of each transaction, he serves as their advisor aiming to be a pillar of knowledge, while striving to absorb some of the tension along the way. He’s able to juggle a multitude of tasks, phone calls and appointments every day, with time-management as one of his best strengths – resulting in always getting the job done and on schedule. One of his favorite quotes he heard from his first boss was “Looks like it’s going to be me and you today, but mostly YOU”. This statement seemed to have shaped him to tackle the day and task at hand with or without help. If you want the job done, Jeff is your man! In his spare time, he enjoys real estate, real estate, and real estate.
