Just a few weeks ago before the grass and leaves began to turn green, we were called to list a home. It was actually the week of Christmas when the real estate activity was at the slowest period. The sellers were very anxious to sell; wife decided she no longer loved the home and was ready to move YESTERDAY. We knew this was going to be a tall order, so I decided that I had to do some REAL magic with my marketing in order to appeal to the buyers in this market, and help this unhappy family find a new happy home.
So, this is what I did ….. I turned the ugly dead grass to lush green grass, and brightened the skies to pretty shades of pink and blue.
… and guess what happened? We received multiple offers on the home within two days and before I could change the status to “Pending”, we had about 10 more buyers inquiring. It was so awesome that even the seller had a change of heart and said, we think we will ………. “LOVE IT”. So that was that and the family was happy again.
